RiverView shares a parking lot with our gentlemen's home at 2004 Utica Pike, and residents here have access to the pool and clubhouse there. It is a short walk across the lot, not a drive. The two homes sit side by side on the river, which also means if you are moving to the area with a partner or a friend, there is a room for each of you within a few steps of each other.

Your room comes fully furnished. Utilities and WiFi are included in one monthly price, with no accounts to set up and no surprise bills. Rooms are single occupancy. The stay is a 30-day minimum, then month to month with no maximum, so you can extend or give notice whenever your plans change.
