Furnished Condo Louisville KY: Space, Privacy and In-Unit Laundry
Quick answer: HobKnob rents fully furnished condos in Louisville, KY, starting at around $1,749 per month at our Brownsboro Terrace condos in the Crescent Hill neighborhood, with pricing that can change with availability. One monthly payment covers rent, all utilities, and high-speed WiFi, and every condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a 30-day minimum stay and the lease is month-to-month after that — extend or give notice anytime, no year-long lease. HobKnob is locally owned and operates across Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana.
The call usually sounds the same. Someone has a three-month project in Louisville, they have priced out a couple of extended-stay hotels, and they have run into the same wall.
There is nowhere to run a load of laundry without hauling it down a hallway. There is no real kitchen. And there is no door to close when the workday finally ends.
That is the gap a condo fills. It is a whole home, privately yours, already set up — and in our case, the washer and dryer are already sitting in the unit.
What a Furnished Condo in Louisville Actually Includes
A condo is a private, self-contained unit. You get your own kitchen, your own bathroom, your own living room, and your own front door — no shared common space with anyone you did not choose.
Ours arrive move-in ready. Queen beds are made up with linens, the kitchen is stocked with dishes and a Keurig Duo, bathroom linens are there, and the Smart TV and WiFi are already live.
In practice, that means you can land at SDF, drive straight to the building, let yourself in, and go to bed. You can see what is currently open on our furnished apartments and condos page.
Where HobKnob's Condos Sit: Crescent Hill
Our condo building, Brownsboro Terrace, is at 2738 Brownsboro Rd in Louisville's Crescent Hill neighborhood.
Crescent Hill is a quiet, tree-lined residential pocket on the east side — walking distance to the Frankfort Avenue restaurant strip and the reservoir loop, and a short drive to downtown, Norton Healthcare, UofL Health, and Baptist Health.
Units run from 630 square feet up to 1,090, in one- and two-bedroom layouts. The one-bedrooms are on the first floor, the two-bedrooms are on the second, and one of those has a loft.
In-Unit Laundry Is the Detail Most People Underestimate
When residents tell us what sold them, it is rarely what we expect. It is usually the laundry.
Every condo at Brownsboro Terrace has its own washer and dryer, and there is no charge to run it. No quarters, no machine shared down the hall, no laundromat trip on a Saturday morning.
For a travel nurse working three twelves, that one detail reshapes the whole week. Same story for anyone living out of two suitcases for a month or several months.
What's Included in the Monthly Payment
One payment covers the unit and the utilities. Here is what comes with a HobKnob condo:
Fully furnished throughout, including queen beds, linens, and kitchen essentials
All utilities and high-speed WiFi inside the same monthly payment
Washer and dryer in the unit, free to use
Reserved parking and a RING doorbell at the entry
Self check-in, so your arrival does not depend on office hours
Approved pets welcome, up to two
Smart TV, Keurig Duo, iron and board, and cleaning essentials
Optional pool pass from May through September
There is a $75 application fee. Past that, the monthly rate is the number you plan around.
Who Tends to Pick a Condo Over a Private Room
Most people who choose a condo are after square footage and quiet more than a lower monthly rate.
Relocating families use them while they house-hunt. Corporate residents and project managers use them when an employer is covering housing. Couples and residents with a dog use them because a private unit simply works better for two.
If you would rather have a private bedroom in a shared home at a lower monthly rate, that is our co-living side of the business — a different product, the same all-inclusive setup.
Pricing, Stay Length, and How to See One
Condos at Brownsboro Terrace in Louisville's Crescent Hill neighborhood start at around $1,749 per month and run up to about $2,199 per month for the largest two-bedroom layout. Pricing can change with availability, so treat the live rate on each unit page as the real one.
The stay terms are short to explain. There is a 30-day minimum stay, and after that the lease is month-to-month — stay as long as you need it or give notice, with no year-long lease to sign.
Current openings, square footage, and move-in dates for each unit are listed on The Brownsboro page.
