When do I get paid? After the person you referred pays their first month's rent.

How many people can I refer? As many as you want. There's no limit.

Do I have to live at HobKnob? No. Anyone can refer someone.

Where are your homes? Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. Fully furnished, all utilities and WiFi included, 30-day minimum then month-to-month.
New residents only. Cannot be combined with other move-in offers. Your name must be given at inquiry, tour, or application. Reward issued after the referred resident pays their first month's rent. Program may change at any time.
