What are my financial goals with real estate investing? Understand whether you're seeking long-term wealth building, immediate cash flow, or other financial goals.
How much capital do I have available to invest? Think about your financial readiness, including the amount of money you can invest without jeopardizing your financial stability.
What is my risk tolerance? Real estate investing comes with lower risk compared to many other investments, but it still has its own risks. Determine how much risk you're comfortable taking on.
